The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious graduate to join us as our first Growth & Operations Associate — a unique, hands-on role at the heart of our startup. You’ll gain exposure across marketing, sales, product, and operations, helping us grow smarter, move faster, and stay organised as we scale.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys variety, and wants to see how every part of a startup fits together.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping Pearsana running smoothly and growing fast. Your day-to-day could include:

• Supporting marketing and social media campaigns — from drafting posts to identifying trending topics where Pearsana can join the conversation.
• Helping manage sales leads and partner engagement through HubSpot and calendar coordination.
• Providing first-line product support to customers and learning the fundamentals of the Pearsana platform.
• Assisting with internal organisation and content management, ensuring our docs, templates, and campaigns are consistent and accessible.
• You’ll work directly with our founders, Head of Marketing, and product team — learning the ropes of startup growth and contributing to real-world impact from day one.

Who You Are

A recent graduate or early-career professional excited by startups and innovation. Organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving and learning new tools. Interested in the intersection of education, technology, and AI. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
